Malaysian Dispersant Powder Ethylene Bis Stearamide EBS EBS Dispersing Agent

Ethylene bis stearamide (EBS) is a high-melting-point lubricant that offers excellent internal and external lubrication as well as antistatic properties. It is primarily used in resins such as PVC, PP, PS, ABS, PF, PE, PA, and PC. The recommended dosage is 0.2–2% (depending on the resin type and whether it is used in finished products or masterbatches). It has been successfully applied in: 1. PVC: as an anti-blocking agent for shrink films, an additive for blood transfusion bags, a lubricant/brightener for profiles, an impact modifier, and to improve melt flow; 2. PP, PA, PS, PC, ABS: as a lubricant, release agent/brightener, and dispersant; 3. Enhancing functional performance and improving product appearance.
