Silicone powder is introduced with functional groups on silicone, thus offering better binding and compatibility with plastics. Silicone powder provides improved flow and release properties. It overcomes the weaknesses of other traditional silicone oils used as plastic additives; it features high silicone content, large molecular weight, no migration, and excellent non-slip properties during screw extrusion.

Performance Characteristics:

Usage Method:
Mix silicone powder with compatible resin in proportion, then directly mold or pelletize.

Recommended Dosage: (For reference only)
At 0.5% addition, it improves processability, flow, and release properties of products; at 0.5-0.8%, it enhances surface properties (slip, smoothness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.). For wear resistance, add 0.8-1.5%, which can reduce wear loss by 30-80%.
