Ink Powder Coating 9610F Wax Powder PTFE Matte Wear-Resistant Anti-Scratch Dispersant
Other Products
9610F is a high-hardness polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer fine powder wax originally manufactured by Hoechst, suitable for various coating systems and printing inks that require improved surface gloss and feel.
[Properties]
Composition: Polyethylene and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer
Appearance: White ultra-fine powder with a smooth feel
Active content: 100%
Fineness: 95% less than 14 microns
Melting point: Above 130°C
[Applications and Features]
Provides surface performance and a smooth feel, giving the paint film excellent properties such as scratch resistance, anti-adhesion, wear resistance, increased slip, and resistance to metal scratches
Greatly enhances the water resistance and waterproofing ability of the paint film
When used with fumed silica or organic bentonite, it improves the poor surface performance defects brought by these additives, while also optimizing the distribution of matting agents on the coating surface, allowing the matte performance of the coating to be better realized
Has no impact on the gloss of the paint film; particularly suitable for high-end coating systems such as furniture paint, appliance paint, coil coatings, can coatings, and powder coatings, and is also used in printing inks with high surface performance requirements
Can be directly added to the coating system, easy to disperse, requires no grinding, and is convenient to use
[Dosage] Generally 0.8–1.5% of the total amount
[Packaging] 20KG/bag
