Oxidized Polyethylene Wax OPE Wax Masterbatch Plastic Dispersant Slip Lubricant Brightener

OPE wax possesses many superior properties compared to ordinary polyethylene wax:

1. Excellent dispersibility: Polar functional groups provide better affinity with various inorganic fillers (such as calcium carbonate, talc) and pigments, effectively dispersing these solid components in the resin system and preventing agglomeration.

2. Good compatibility: Significantly improved compatibility with polar resins (such as PVC, ABS, PA, etc.), reducing the tendency to migrate or exude.

3. Strong polarity and coupling effect: Acts as a "bridge" between non-polar resins (such as PP, PE) and polar substances (fillers, pigments), improving interfacial bonding.

4. Excellent lubricity: Provides both internal and external lubrication, reducing melt viscosity, improving processing fluidity, minimizing equipment wear, and preventing product sticking to molds.

5. High hardness: The finished wax film exhibits high hardness.
