[Product Source] Cabbage red is a water-soluble natural pigment obtained through physical processing and extraction from the headed leaves of purple or red cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra) of the Brassicaceae family. Its main component is anthocyanin, and it can exist in either powder or liquid form.
