【Product Characteristics】Beet red has vibrant color and strong coloring power, with good stability in both acidic and alkaline conditions. It is one of the rare types among existing natural pigments. However, its light and heat resistance are relatively weak, and it tends to fade easily at high temperatures. Therefore, if heating is involved in the application, it is recommended to add it at the final stage.
