● DSC cast iron inverted bucket steam traps are renowned for high efficiency, energy savings, low acquisition cost, and long service life. They are highly versatile and suitable for low-pressure main steam lines and various types of heat exchangers.
● Equipped with DSC's patented anti-water hammer and anti-break water seal check valve, after three years of rigorous field testing, it has shown significant effectiveness in resisting water hammer and preventing water seal breakage, holding an absolutely leading position in the industry. The cast iron inverted bucket steam trap comes with a three-year warranty.
● The top cover features an inspection port, allowing the installation of an inspection valve. Opening it immediately reveals whether the steam trap is functioning properly.
● Drip discharge under low load, intermittent discharge under medium load, and continuous discharge under full load.
● Various orifice sizes are available for selection, maintaining a certain drainage capacity under different pressures.
● Resistant to fouling; small particulate impurities are flushed out through the top orifice.
● Non-condensable gases are discharged throughout operation.
● Strong resistance to backpressure, suitable for use in recovery systems.
