Introduction to Medicinal Aluminum-Plastic Sheet Sealing Testing Instruments 

Shandong Puchuang has developed and produced the Aluminum-Plastic Sheet Sealing Tester LT-02P. This testing instrument creates an internal and external pressure difference in samples immersed in water within a vacuum chamber, allowing observation of gas leakage to determine the sample's sealing performance. Alternatively, by evacuating the vacuum chamber to create a pressure difference, it observes sample expansion, shape recovery after vacuum release, and liquid penetration to assess sealing performance. Method for Testing Aluminum-Plastic Sheet Sealing Performance with the Aluminum-Plastic Sheet Sealing Tester 

(1) Randomly select 10 aluminum-plastic sheets during the aluminum-plastic process and place them in a conical flask with a side arm. Add a prepared 10% carmine solution (take 80g of carmine and add purified water to make 800ml). Evacuate for 10 minutes, maintaining a vacuum of -0.07 MPa; 

(2) Observe the leakage of the samples during evacuation and while maintaining vacuum; 

(3) If no continuous bubbles are produced during evacuation and vacuum maintenance, and no carmine solution penetrates the pills upon opening and inspection, the sealing is considered tight with no air leakage.
