Product Features and Applications:

Tank drawing lubricant is a composite material generated during the production of sodium oleate, directly reacting to incorporate boron-based extreme pressure agents. It contains no sulfur or phosphorus, significantly reducing harm to humans and the environment. This product reacts with metal friction surfaces to form a metallic compound film with a high melting point and low shear strength, thereby enhancing the lubricant's performance under high temperature and pressure during metal wire drawing.

It is widely used in the wet drawing of various wires, providing lubrication, cooling, and cleaning of the wire surface. It is easily soluble in water, simple to remove, offers high cooling efficiency, and leaves a rust-preventive film on the wire surface. After drawing, the wire surface can be cleaned thoroughly for electroplating or copper coating.

Dilute with water to a concentration of 0.5% to 3%. It can be used in combination with bactericides.
