Structural Description of the 250QJR-140KW Hot Water Deep Well Pump and Hot Spring Pump

1. The 250QJR-140KW hot water deep well pump and hot spring pump consist of four main parts: the pump, submersible motor (including cable), water delivery pipe, and control switch. The submersible pump is a single-suction, multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump. The submersible motor is a sealed, water-filled wet-type, vertical three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor. The motor and pump are directly connected via a claw-type or single-key sleeve coupling. It is equipped with three-core cables of different specifications. The starting equipment includes air switches and auto-transformer reduced-voltage starters of various capacities. The water delivery pipes are made of steel pipes of different diameters and connected by flanges. High-head electric pumps are controlled by gate valves.

2. Each stage of the submersible pump's guide casing is equipped with a rubber bearing. The impeller is fixed to the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve. The guide casings are connected by threads or bolts into a single unit.

3. The high-head submersible pump is equipped with a check valve at the top to prevent damage from water hammer during shutdown.

4. The upper part of the submersible motor shaft is equipped with a labyrinth sand protector and two reverse-assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent sand from entering the motor. 5. The submersible motor uses water-lubricated bearings. The lower part is equipped with a rubber pressure-adjusting membrane and pressure-adjusting spring, forming a pressure-adjusting chamber to regulate pressure changes caused by temperature. The motor windings use polyethylene-insulated, nylon-sheathed durable water-resistant magnet wires. The cable connection follows the QJ-type cable joint process: remove the insulation, scrape off the paint layer, connect and solder firmly, wrap with raw rubber, then wrap with 2-3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape, and finally wrap with 2-3 layers of waterproof tape or use water-based adhesive to wrap with a layer of rubber tape (like bicycle inner tube) to prevent water leakage.

6. The motor is sealed with precision rabbet bolts, and the cable outlet is sealed with a rubber gasket. 7. The motor has a water injection hole at the top, an air release hole, and a water drainage hole at the bottom.

8. The lower part of the motor is equipped with upper and lower thrust bearings. The thrust bearings have grooves for cooling and are paired with a stainless steel thrust disc to handle the axial forces of the pump.
