When placing an ordinary submersible pump into a pool or tank, the liquid must submerge at least two-thirds of the pump body. This is because the pump's motor relies on water for cooling; otherwise, the motor can burn out quickly. Some customers are unaware of this and often report that the motor stops turning or fails to pump water after just a few days of use. In reality, the motor burns out due to lack of water cooling.

Submersible pumps from Qiancheng Pump Industry feature open or closed impellers with multiple blades. They are primarily used for irrigation, mine drainage, or other ground drainage applications, as well as in environments such as pools and reservoirs. These pumps meet the needs of low flow and moderate head requirements. High-head deep well submersible pumps are suitable for pumping clean water. High-temperature resistant submersible pumps are different. Our technical department has developed high-temperature resistant submersible pumps with high power. While they look similar to ordinary submersible pumps, they feature external piping that introduces cold water into the pump to provide cooling circulation for the motor. The pump's outer casing is surrounded by stainless steel, allowing the product to be placed in high-temperature liquids up to 100 degrees Celsius without the motor burning out. High-head submersible pumps like these are now in high demand among customers, effectively solving challenges related to pumping hot liquids.

The model numbers of submersible pumps are simple, typically consisting of three sets of numbers. For example: 25-8-22 means: inlet diameter of 25 mm, flow rate of 8 cubic meters per hour, head of 22 meters, power of 1.1 kW, speed of 2900 rpm, and voltage of 380 V.
