The LB-25-Y tests the melt filtration performance of polymer materials through the following methods:

1. Melt Conveying System: Utilizes a Φ25mm screw with a 30:1 L/D ratio to ensure stable and uniform melt conveyance during extrusion.
2. Melt Pump: Equipped with a high-precision melt pump with a rated flow of 50-60 m³/min and drive power of 400W, enabling stable melt conveyance and pressure control.
3. Filtration System: Features a Φ40mm screen plate after the melt pump, allowing quick filter replacement and supporting multi-layer filtration structures (e.g., double or triple layers) for testing various filter media.
4. Pressure Monitoring System: Includes high-precision pressure sensors to monitor real-time pressure changes during filtration, with a resolution of 0.01MPa, generating complete pressure-time curves.
5. Temperature Control System: Uses a combination of heating rods and rings, with a temperature range of 0-300℃ and accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring stable and controllable temperatures during experiments.
