Soft PVC Pipe Mold

TPU tube molds and soft PVC tube molds are forged from 40Cr steel, produced after quenching and tempering, and processed into shape with CNC equipment. Designed based on years of tubing mold design experience, they ensure the pressure ratio and plasticizing effect of the raw materials.

PU tubes come in various specifications, with common outer diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 35 mm. The inner diameter and wall thickness vary depending on the application, primarily categorized into industrial hoses, pneumatic tubes, and flame-retardant tubes.
