Mold Features:

2. No mandrel support required, eliminating flow marks commonly occurring in production. 

3. Low pressure consumption, high output, with production capacity reaching 80% of extrusion volume.

6. Uses stainless steel or copper water ring sizing sleeves.

Mold Types: Support type, spiral type, basket type, co-extrusion composite molds. 

Applications: Water pipes, gas pipes, insulated anti-corrosion pipes, heating pipes, jacket pipes. 

III. PVC Pipe Molds 

Specifications: ф10-1200 mm

PVC Spiral Foam Pipe Molds 50-160 (multi-purpose machine). 

Replacing the die and mandrel allows production of foam inner spiral pipes, solid-wall inner spiral pipes, solid-wall pipes, and foam pipes.
