The company's latest developed PET pipe production line equipment can utilize 100% bottle flake material for production, effectively reducing raw material costs. The PET pipe production line employs a self-improved PET-specific screw, paired with a stable transmission group to ensure extrusion stability, and specialized forming molds to guarantee the production cost and transparency of the pipes. The entire machine is controlled by a digital and PET hybrid console, achieving long-term stable production of PET pipes, which are now in continuous operation at customer sites. PET raw material is currently one of the more cost-effective materials among transparent options, offering excellent mechanical properties, particularly toughness and impact strength, as well as heat and cold resistance, making it suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
