MPP Power Pipe Mold

The MPP power pipe mold is made of high-quality 40CR forged material, or 3CR13 and 2CR13 materials, processed and produced after quenching and tempering. The flow channel is designed using computer simulation to ensure a balanced compression ratio of the mold and improve the plasticizing effect of the material.

MPP power pipes are widely used in municipal, telecommunications, power, gas, water supply, heating, and other pipeline projects. They are applied in trenchless horizontal directional drilling power pipe projects in urban and rural areas, as well as open-trench power pipe projects. They are also used in directional drilling for sewage and drainage pipe projects and industrial wastewater discharge projects.
MPP power pipes use modified polypropylene as the main raw material. They enable the installation of pipelines and cables in special areas such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds without extensive dredging, excavation, or road destruction. Compared to the traditional "trenching and burying method," trenchless power pipe projects are more aligned with current environmental requirements, eliminating nuisances such as dust and traffic congestion caused by conventional construction. This technology also allows for pipeline installation in areas where excavation is not feasible, such as heritage sites, bustling urban districts, crop and farmland protection zones, highways, and rivers.
