Heat shrink tubing (tape) connection is a method that uses fiber-reinforced polyethylene heat shrink tape as the inner layer and heat shrink tubing as the outer layer. The inner surface of the heat shrink tubing is coated with hot melt adhesive, which, upon heating, bonds and tightly secures the adjacent pipe ends into an integrated connection.

This gives the material heat resistance, stress crack resistance, heat aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Through stretching and coating equipment, it is coated with high-performance EVA hot melt adhesive (adhesive thickness approximately 0.8mm), while the PE sheet (thickness 1.2/1.4mm) is stretched to achieve a shrinkage rate of over 25%.
