Heat shrink sleeve

This product is primarily made from polyolefin raw materials as the base material, supplemented with high elastomers and additives, and produced using a scientific formulation. It is then subjected to high-energy electron beams generated by an electron accelerator, which alters the polymer molecular structure, transforming it from the original linear macromolecules into an insoluble three-dimensional network structure. This imparts the material with heat resistance, stress crack resistance, heat aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.Through a stretching and coating process, it is coated with high-performance EVA hot melt adhesive (adhesive thickness approximately 0.8mm), while simultaneously stretching the PE sheet (thickness 1.2/1.4mm) to achieve a shrinkage rate of over 25%

Application：This product is mainly used for buried steel pipelines,drainage, natural gas, coal gas, petroleum, and thermal pipelines,suitable for anti-corrosion pipeline systems.
