Product Performance  In oil-based and powder coatings, Lanco 1778 offers excellent slip and scratch resistance. This wax significantly reduces the friction coefficient of the coating surface, with good compatibility and easy dispersion.

Incorporation Method: Easy to disperse, can be added with ordinary stirring, but when the system viscosity is very low, a high-speed disperser or sand

mill is required for dispersion.

Dosage    0.05-2.0% of the total formulation to improve coating slip and scratch resistance; used as a matting agent, wax/fumed silica mixed in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4, with wax added at 0.5-2.0% of the total formulation. If the dosage exceeds 2% of the total formulation and requires repair or overprinting, intercoat adhesion should be checked.
