The ML-100 Automotive Exhaust Flow Analyzer is one of the core components of the Vmas system. It is used to measure the diluted gas flow, pressure, temperature, and diluted oxygen concentration of exhaust gases from gasoline engines in motor vehicles. The design fully meets the relevant measurement technical requirements of GB 18285 and HJ/T290.

◆ Main Features:

The core component, the flow measurement tube, is equipped with a proprietary flow stabilization device, ensuring higher accuracy in flow measurement and better repeatability and stability.

 Uses original imported ultrasonic sensors for high-precision gas flow measurement; uses original imported zirconia sensors for diluted gas oxygen concentration measurement; uses high-precision imported pressure sensors for pressure measurement. The measurement technical indicators fully meet the standards of original imported flow meters from American companies.

Recommended to be used in conjunction with the MQW-50A to achieve Vmas detection.
