The EG10 (Water-Oil Super Metal) series is designed for the reconstruction and repair of mechanical equipment, featuring a bonding-grade repair system with water and oil compatibility. It is a two-component formulation based on silicon steel alloy, blended with water-compatible high-molecular reactive polymers and oligomers. Specially engineered for damp, oily, or underwater structures, it can be applied on manually prepared surfaces. Applications: Transformer oil leaks: bolt leaks, gas leaks, radiator leaks, weld porosity leaks, flange leak repairs, oil pump leaks, oil filter leaks, butterfly valve leaks, etc. Generator oil leaks, air compressor oil leaks, oil tank leaks. Yuke Water-Oil Compatible Repair Compound can achieve strong adhesion on water or oil surfaces without requiring equipment shutdown. It has low surface preparation requirements and can bond on surfaces with simple manual treatment. Initially in paste form, components A and B are mixed uniformly at room temperature, applied to the repair surface, and cure to a hardness similar to cast iron, allowing for various machining operations without shrinkage or cracking. Its dense macromolecular structure provides long-term resistance to the strong penetration of high-permeability oils, avoiding stress damage caused by welding and the high downtime costs associated with part replacement.
