     • Boiled Tung Oil: Raw tung oil treated with heat (sometimes modified with rosin, varnish, etc.), appearing as a dark brown viscous liquid with a slightly pungent odor.
     • Raw Tung Oil: Pale yellow in color, thin in texture, with a mild odor and superior environmental friendliness.
   • Physical Performance:
     • Fast drying, high gloss, strong adhesion, resistant to acid, alkali, water, and high temperatures;
     • Good low-temperature fluidity (industrial-grade boiled tung oil is suitable for outdoor environments).

• Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Pest:
  • Penetrates deep into wood to form a protective film against water, moisture, and insect damage, extending the lifespan of outdoor wooden structures (e.g., ancient buildings, log cabins, fences);
  • Compared to varnish: more environmentally friendly and odorless, with deeper protection than surface coating.
• Functional Extensions:
  • Used as concrete dispersants and asphalt emulsifiers to improve the adhesion of building materials and construction fluidity.

2. Waterproofing and Protective Coatings

• Oil Paper Umbrellas/Oilcloth:
  • Umbrella paper coated with boiled tung oil becomes waterproof, fold-resistant, and sun-resistant, maintaining a smooth and glossy surface;
• Metal and Machinery:

  • Replaces traditional phosphating processes for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-rust coatings on vehicles, ships, machinery, and electrical appliances;
