I. Product Characteristics

1. Physical Properties

   • Colorless transparent liquid with a slight aromatic odor or faint smell;
   • Boiling point approximately 196.8°C, flash point 79-91°C (flammable liquid);
   • Density about 0.88 g/cm³, poorly soluble in water, easily soluble in organic solvents.

2. Chemical Properties

   • Contains acrylate active groups, good chemical stability, resistant to acids, alkalis, and heat;
   • Requires storage away from light, with polymerization inhibitors (e.g., phenothiazine) added during storage.

II. Core Applications

1. Adhesives and Pressure-Sensitive Materials

• Core Application: Manufacturing acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives with excellent bonding and weather resistance;
• Used for sticky notes, medical supplies, and packaging material bonding.

2. Coatings and Inks

• Coating modifier: Enhances water resistance and durability of indoor/outdoor coatings, wood paints, and metal paints;
• Ink binder: Improves adhesion and stability of printed materials.

3. Industrial Additives

• Textile Field: Fabric finishing agent to improve fiber flexibility;
• Leather Processing: Surface treatment additive to enhance texture;
• Paper Industry: Paper coating modifier.

4. Plastic and Resin Modification

• Plastic plasticizer: Blended with plastics to improve weather and chemical resistance;
• Resin synthesis monomer: Used in the preparation of alkyd resins and unsaturated polyester resins.

5. Special Applications

• Lubricant additive: Improves cleaning performance;
• Dispersant and internal plasticizer for dental materials.

III. Safety and Storage

• Store sealed and away from light in a ventilated area, away from fire sources;
