Imitation Rittal Network Cabinet

● Imitated Rittal Network Cabinet has two common structures:

One is made of five-fold profiles with non-detachable side panels, designed as a standalone cabinet for single-unit use;

The second is a network cabinet made of nine-fold profiles with detachable side panels, suitable for both combined and single-unit applications.

● The top panel and three-section bottom cable entry plate of the network cabinet can be removed. The side panels of the nine-fold profile structure are detachable, enhancing operational convenience.

● The door panel of the network cabinet is elevated approximately 25mm from the ground, ensuring smooth and flexible door operation.

● The main frame of the server cabinet, uniquely constructed from integrally welded nine-fold profiles, not only ensures high strength but also achieves a protection rating of IP56.

● The cabinet features a special square tube reinforcement system for the door panel, which can be screwed onto the door for easy removal.

● Densely spaced 25mm modular holes on the cabinet frame ensure flexible and universal installation.

● There are two methods for mounting shelves:

One involves direct fixation to the modular holes on the profiles, allowing vertical adjustment of the shelf;

The other method fixes the shelf to four 19-inch angle brackets, which are mounted onto the profiles.

Surface Treatment of Network Cabinet:

The cabinet undergoes phosphating primer treatment. The exterior is powder-coated, available in RAL7032 or RAL7035 textured finishes. The mounting plate is galvanized.

Protection Rating of Computer Cabinet:

IP54 (according to GB4205-1993)

Cabinet Steel Plate Thickness:
