PS Combination Control Cabinet - Nine-fold Profile Cabinet (also known as: Imitation Rittal Cabinet, Imitation Rittal PS Cabinet)

Control Cabinet Process Features and Performance:

● Modular control cabinet, suitable for cabinet combination use 

● The top plate of the control cabinet can be removed, and the side panels can be detached, enhancing work convenience 

● The cabinet door panel is elevated about 25mm from the ground, ensuring smooth and flexible opening 

● The main frame, uniquely constructed from nine-fold profiles and fully welded, ensures high strength and achieves a protection rating of IP56 for the cabinet 

● The special square tube reinforcement system on the door panel can be fixed with screws for easy disassembly

● Densely spaced 25mm modular holes on the cabinet frame ensure flexible and universal installation 

● Optional 3.0mm galvanized mounting plate can be pushed into the cabinet from the front via plastic sliders on rails, with U-shaped edges on both sides for enhanced stability and easier handling

Material: Cold-rolled steel plate 

Cabinet Surface Treatment: Phosphating primer coating, external powder coating available in RAL7032 and RAL7035 textured finishes, mounting plate is galvanized 

Cabinet Protection Rating: IP54 (according to GB4205-1993) 

Standard Configuration: Front door, back panel, mounting plate, cabinet body, sealing strip, door lock, side panels (optional) 

Cabinet Steel Thickness: Frame: Nine-fold profile 1.5mm; Door panel: 2.0mm; Back panel, side panels: 1.5mm; Mounting plate: 2.5mm (optional 3.0mm)
