Brief description of sign material processing:

　6. Press the engraved patterns and screen-printed patterns onto the aluminum plate with the base film using a squeegee to form the final product.

Technical Requirements

　1. The installation of traffic signs should be comprehensively planned with a reasonable layout to prevent information deficiency or overload. Information should be connected, and important information should be repeated.

　2. Traffic signs should generally be installed on the right side of the road in the direction of travel or above the carriageway; they may also be installed on the left side or on both sides simultaneously depending on specific conditions.

　3. To ensure visibility, when more than two signs are needed at the same location, they can be installed on one support structure (support), but no more than four; separate the installation space for signs, indications, and warning signs.

　4. In principle, different types of signs should not be installed together. Signs such as speed limit removal, no-passing removal, intersection priority, oncoming vehicle priority, stop yield, and减速 yield should be installed separately.
