After two artificial treatments, including artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years, the precision of the product becomes more stable and reliable. T-slot ground rail products: Produced according to national standard GB/T22095-2008, with standardized production processes, load-bearing capacity, precision, and specifications. After two artificial aging treatments, the precision of the T-slot ground rail stabilizes, offering good castability, heat resistance, and machinability, making it widely used in industrial production.
Precautions when using T-slot ground rails: To prevent platform deformation, after completing operations on the platform, the worktable should be cleaned, and heavy parts should not be left behind. By understanding these precautions, I believe your platform will allow smooth movement of the gauge stand and workpiece on the scraped T-slot ground rail without any sticking sensation, facilitating and ensuring measurement accuracy. The platform requires heat treatment because, as a large casting, it must undergo heat treatment to enhance its usability.
When installing T-slot ground rails, the working surface of the plate should be adjusted to a level state as much as possible. Supports for the plate should be placed at the main support points to prevent deformation of the T-slot ground rail. When using the inspection platform, after inspection or completion of work, castings or workpieces should be removed from the plate to avoid long-term pressure from large castings causing deformation. After using the T-slot ground rail, the working surface of the plate should be cleaned, and a layer of anti-rust oil should be applied to the surface. If the T-slot ground rail is not used for a long time, it is advisable to apply a layer of anti-rust oil or butter on the surface and wrap it with oil paper. If the wooden packaging cover from the purchase of the inspection platform is still available, it is best to cover the plate with it when not in use. The inspection platform should be stored in a dry, ventilated place, preferably not in humid conditions, and no water droplets should be allowed on the T-slot ground rail. Finally, T-slot ground rails require regular inspections, with the inspection cycle determined based on specific usage conditions, typically every 6 to 12 months.
