T-slot platform is a workbench in the mechanical industry.
The resin and curing agent for the T-slot platform are controlled by a quantitative pump according to the required ratio to regulate the flow rate. The use of roller conveyors and transition molding carts can expand the molding space. Installing a compaction table in the roller conveyor under the sand mixer can increase the compactness of the sand mold and improve the T-slot platform. Design of the T-slot platform sand mixing and molding system: Correctly selecting sand mixing equipment greatly affects the performance of resin sand. The requirements for the sand mixer are accurate quantification, uniform mixing, good film coating effect, and consideration of the T-slot platform equipment quality and price. Currently, commonly used resin sand mixers are divided into batch type and continuous type. Based on the output of small-scale T-slot platform workshops, a 5~10 t/h cantilever continuous resin sand mixer can be selected. If the core volume is large, a batch-type sand mixer can be equipped to mix core sand. Sand enters the mixer from the storage hopper via a screw feeder.
T-slot platform manufacturing process: T-slot platform nodularization treatment. Heavy rare earth magnesium nodularizers can improve the roundness of graphite nodules better than light rare earth magnesium nodularizers, mainly due to their stronger capability. With good control of the light rare earth magnesium process and the addition of trace elements, the roundness of graphite nodules can also be improved. Install adjustable wind power dust removal equipment at the outlet of the T-slot platform bucket elevator for air classification. Apply alcohol-based coatings to the resin sand mold by spraying or brushing, then ignite to achieve surface drying. The resin sand knockout equipment for the T-slot platform must meet the quality requirements of the sand: If the micro-powder content is high, the amount of resin added must be increased, which reduces the strength of the resin sand. To reduce micro-powder content, a dust removal system is generally configured to implement forced dust extraction measures. Low灼减量 (loss on ignition) is a major factor causing defects such as pores in the T-slot platform. For general cast iron parts, the灼减量 should be controlled to less than 3.0.
