Description

The texwipe Low TOC Alpha® Swab series is made from clean  

polyester knit fabric. These swabs are further cleaned using proprietary technology.

Making this series suitable for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) process

analysis as part of cleaning validation protocols.

Precision manufactured, each swab is constructed rigorously and consistently.

Excellent performance tolerances without the use of adhesives.

Batch coding for traceability and quality control.

• Low TOC certified level (<50µg/L, below 50 ppb) ensures consistency

• Double-layer, double-sided knit polyester head traps contaminants within the woven

structure during the sampling process. This maximizes the collection of contaminants

and release into the diluent for superior recovery rates.

• Notched, breakable handle allows the head to be placed into vials with

minimal handling and contamination.

• Polypropylene handle ensures no additional contaminants are introduced

and provides excellent chemical resistance.
