Product Overview
The hydrostatic level is an instrument used to measure the relative elevation changes between two or multiple points. It consists of a liquid reservoir, a high-precision core, specially customized circuit modules, a protective cover, and other components. The settlement system is composed of multiple sensors of the same model, with the liquid reservoirs connected by vent pipes and liquid communication pipes. The reference point is placed at a stable horizontal base. When the measuring points rise or fall relative to the reference point, it causes changes in pressure at each point. By measuring the changes in sensor pressure, the relative vertical displacement of each measuring point relative to the horizontal base point is calculated.

This product utilizes special temperature compensation methods, resulting in a drift of 0.7 mm, a full-scale temperature drift error of 0.035%, and a temperature coefficient of 19.4 ppm/°C.
7. No liquid surface flow is required at the measuring points. Settlement is reflected in real-time through liquid surface pressure differences, ensuring stronger data timeliness.
8. Employs various low-power sensors and microprocessor chips to reduce bus voltage drop, enabling longer bus power supply distances.
Working Principle
The operation based on Pascal's principle involves determining the height difference between two points through the pressure difference of the liquid column at different heights. Specifically, when the hydrostatic level is stationary, the liquid column forms a horizontal surface between the two measuring points. At this time, since the pressure of the liquid column is equal between the two points, the height difference is zero. When there is a height difference between the two points, the liquid column tilts, altering the pressure difference between the measuring points. By measuring this pressure difference, the height difference between the two points can be calculated.
