Properties: This product is a colorless transparent liquid, formulated and diluted with benzene, odorless mineral oil, isododecane, etc. It is insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents, with a decomposition temperature of 159°C, specific gravity (20°C)

0.923, refractive index (20°C) 0.1035. Currently available in two specifications: 70% and 50%.

Applications:

1. An excellent low-temperature initiator for high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE), commonly used in tubular processes. It can be combined with initiators LQ-TBPV (tert-butyl peroxy pivalate), LQ-TBPEH (tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate), and initiator LQ-TBPB (tert-butyl peroxybenzoate) in a composite initiator system for better polymerization results.

2. A high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester.

3. Can be used as a polymerization initiator for styrene or styrene copolymers, as well as for methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate polymerization.

Packaging and Transportation:

Our standard packaging is 20 kg polyethylene drums. We can also supply according to customer-specific packaging requirements, which should be specified at the time of order.

Storage Precautions:

1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area with warehouse temperature not exceeding 30°C.

2. Keep away from open flames and heat sources. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable materials, combustibles, and reducing agents.

3. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities in storage areas, with switches located outdoors.

4. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Avoid impact and vibration. Personal protection should be observed during repackaging and handling operations.

5. Customers are advised to carefully read our "Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)" during storage, transportation, and use of this product.

Product Shelf Life:

When stored and transported strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, product quality is guaranteed for three months.

Fire Protection:

1. This product may decompose violently when heated, leading to fierce fires. For small fires involving a small amount of product, use foam or dry powder fire extinguishers quickly.

2. For large fires, quickly evacuate to a safe distance and use water jets for suppression. Notify the fire department for handling.
