Applications:

(1) TBEC can be used in the polymerization of styrene and styrene copolymers, with a polymerization temperature range of 100-130°C. In bulk polymerization, TBEC helps increase the reaction rate.

In aqueous suspension polymerization processes, using TBEC can reduce the residual styrene monomer content in the final stage of the reaction.

(2) Polymerization of acrylates and methacrylates:

LQ-TBEC can be used for the polymerization of acrylates or methacrylates, with a polymerization temperature of 100-170°C.

(3) Curing of thermosetting resins:

TBEC can be used for the high-temperature curing of aliphatic unsaturated polyesters.

TBEC is the preferred curing agent for UP resin hot compression molding processes (SMC, BMC, ZMC, etc.), with a temperature range of 120-170°C, offering good product tolerance, safety, and environmental friendliness.
Storage Conditions:

Keep the packaging sealed and in a well-ventilated state. The maximum storage temperature is 25°C. Avoid contact with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). Strictly prohibit repackaging and dispensing in the warehouse.

Storage Stability:

When stored under the conditions specified by the manufacturer, the product can maintain the factory technical standards for three months.

Firefighting:

For small fires, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and spray with large amounts of water to prevent reignition. For large fires, use large amounts of water from a safe distance.
