Functionality

KFU8-UFC-Ex1.D Frequency Converter is suitable for intrinsically safe applications. This is a universal frequency converter product capable of converting digital input (NAMUR
sensor/mechanical contact) into a freely adjustable proportional 0/4 mA ...20 mA analog output, with switch signal amplification and interlock alarm functions. Moreover, its switching output function (2 relay outputs and 1 potential-free output) can be easily adjusted [trigger value indication, (min/max alarm), series switch output, pulse divider output, error signal output].
This product can be easily programmed using the keypad on the front of the product or PACTware™ configuration software.
Field line fault detection is indicated by a red LED and can be collected via the power rail for error output indication.
