It is specifically a centrifugal pump for fire protection systems. The product has undergone type testing by the China Fire Equipment Quality Testing Center, with all performance indicators meeting standard requirements.

1. The pump features a vertical, multi-stage sectional structure, with the inlet and outlet flanges aligned on the same straight line. The impeller uses hydraulic balancing to handle axial forces. A guide bearing is located at the lower end of the pump, and the shaft is connected to the motor shaft via a clamp coupling. The outer cylinder is made of stainless steel.
2. The shaft seal employs mechanical sealing.

1. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be borne by the pump, as this may damage the pump.
2. The anchor bolts must be tightened during installation, and the pump should be inspected periodically to prevent loosening, avoiding severe vibration during startup that could affect performance.
3. Before installation, check the pump’s flow channel for any hard objects (such as stones or iron sand) that could affect operation and damage flow components.
4. For maintenance convenience and safety, install a regulating valve in the inlet and outlet pipelines and a pressure gauge near the pump’s inlet and outlet. For high-lift pumps, install a check valve before the outlet gate valve to prevent water hammer in case of sudden power loss, ensuring normal operation and extending the pump’s service life.
5. For suction applications, install a bottom valve, and ensure the inlet pipeline has minimal bends and no leaks or air leakage to maintain suction performance.
6. Before installing the pipeline, rotate the pump’s rotor components to ensure no friction or jamming. If issues are detected, disassemble the pump for inspection.
