Working Principle of IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump:
Generally, before starting the pump, the pump casing must be filled with liquid. When the prime mover drives the pump shaft and impeller to rotate, the liquid moves in a circular motion with the impeller while being thrown outward from the center of the impeller under centrifugal force. The liquid gains pressure energy and kinetic energy from the impeller. When the liquid flows through the volute to the discharge port, part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy. As the liquid is thrown out by the impeller, a low-pressure area is created at the center of the impeller, forming a pressure difference with the pressure at the suction liquid surface. Thus, liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged at a certain pressure.
IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump can transport liquid mainly due to the action of the impeller installed inside the pump body. Its size, shape, and manufacturing precision greatly affect the pump's performance. Impellers come in three types: closed, open, and semi-open. A closed impeller generally consists of a front shroud, blades, and a hub. The side facing the suction port is called the front shroud, the rear side is the back shroud, and the middle part consists of blades, which are usually backward-curved. Open impellers have no front or back shrouds. Semi-open impellers have no front shroud but have a back shroud. Impellers can also be classified by suction method into single-suction impellers. The pump body, also known as the pump casing, primarily encloses the impeller in a certain space, collects the liquid thrown out by the impeller and directs it to the discharge pipeline, converting part of the liquid's kinetic energy into pressure energy, thereby increasing its pressure. It is a component that withstands liquid pressure.
Product Introduction of IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump:
IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump is one of the main products of Sanli. Manufactured and sold by the factory, we ensure better control over product quality. The cast parts of the pump undergo strict inspection before assembly; the main shaft and impeller are balanced and corrected by a balancing machine; during bearing installation, manual correction ensures low noise and no shaft jamming; coils undergo high-voltage testing to ensure insulation and electrical performance; after the entire machine is assembled, it undergoes deep-water testing and insulation testing. We are committed to producing high-quality pumps.

Model Significance of IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump:
Product Applications of IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump:
1. The pump has a vertical structure with the inlet and outlet of the same diameter and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, small footprint, low construction cost, and can be used outdoors with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are configured reasonably to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation with low vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, employing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature high-resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; there is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the integrated base nut to extract the entire rotor assembly.
Installation Instructions for IHG Vertical Stainless Steel Pipeline Pump:
1. Before installation, check whether the unit's fasteners are loose and whether the pump body flow path is abnormal or blocked to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be borne by the pump to prevent deformation.
3. During installation, the anchor bolts must be tightened to avoid vibration affecting pump performance during startup.
4. For convenient maintenance and safe use, install a regulating valve on both the inlet and outlet pipelines and a pressure gauge on the pump outlet attachment. Operate within the rated head and flow range to ensure normal pump operation and extend the pump's service life.
5. After installation, pull out the pump shaft; the impeller should have no friction or jamming. If there is, disassemble the pump to check the cause.
6. The pump can be installed with either rigid or flexible connections (see connection methods).
