Chlorinated Methyl Ester of Palm Oil

Chlorinated palm oil methyl ester plasticizer is a novel type of plasticizer. It is produced through the ester exchange reaction of natural oils and fats with alcohols, followed by a halogenation reaction, resulting in a composite plasticizer with high molecular weight, excellent compatibility with PVC, superior plasticizing effects, flame resistance, non-toxicity, and environmental friendliness. Since this product contains an ester structure, it can replace dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer, with a substitution rate of up to 30%-50%. Additionally, due to its halogen content, it can replace chlorinated paraffin and phosphate esters, enhancing the product's flame retardancy and electrical insulation properties.

Main Applications: This product can substitute for dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate. It features light color, high plasticizing efficiency, good compatibility, low volatility, low exudation, high thermal stability, cold and migration resistance, resistance to oxidation and volatilization, excellent flame retardancy, and low cost. Compared to dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate, it is more cost-effective. Products made with synthetic plant esters exhibit superior softness, toughness, gloss, and odor compared to other similar plasticizers.
