Qingdao Rongguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., established in June 2010 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, primarily develops environmental monitoring equipment and high-end quality control devices for laboratories. The company obtained national high-tech enterprise certification and ISO9001 management system certification in 2015. It currently employs 50 staff, 90% of whom are R&D personnel. The company has established a comprehensive weighing laboratory capable of pre-treatment of low-concentration filter membranes and filter cartridges, constant temperature and humidity weighing, and data analysis. It operates three R&D departments focused on developing constant temperature and humidity weighing systems for filter membranes and cartridges, VOC Summa canister constant flow samplers, road dust load testers, mobile road dust load monitoring vehicles, low-concentration samplers for stationary pollution sources, gas leakage remote-triggered samplers, grid-based host computer monitoring software platforms, and related monitoring equipment.                

II. Main Products and Technical Foundation
1. RG-AWS Series Constant Temperature and Humidity Automatic Weighing System for Filter Membranes and Cartridges
Rongguang Electronics is one of the earliest companies in China to develop constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing systems for filter membranes and cartridges. It now boasts the most comprehensive product range and the highest market share in the country, with 6 patents and 1 software copyright. The products can currently replace imported equivalents. In 2015, the system was certified by domestic experts as reaching advanced national levels and received certification as a national key technological equipment first-set product. Major users include: China National Environmental Monitoring Centre (primarily for weighing low-concentration samples from stationary pollution sources), Shandong Institute of Metrology (for national major projects, mainly PM2.5 traceability research), Hangzhou Environmental Monitoring Station (for weighing filter cartridges from stationary pollution sources), and Zibo Environmental Monitoring Station (primarily for weighing atmospheric and pollution source filter cartridges). Rongguang Electronics collaborated with Shandong Institute of Metrology to draft the local industry standard for constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing systems.

2. Low-Concentration Sampler for Stationary Pollution Sources
Rongguang Electronics is one of the earliest companies in China to develop low-concentration sampling heads, holding patents including 3 invention patents. The company participated in drafting the national standard "Stationary Source Emissions - Determination of Low Concentration Particulate Matter - Gravimetric Method" and the Hebei Provincial standard "Stationary Pollution Sources - Low Concentration Dust - Gravimetric Method."                

3. Gas Leakage Remote-Triggered Sampler               

This device has been deployed in chemical industrial parks and residential areas in Zibo, Zhejiang, and Beijing's Tongzhou District.                

4. Grid-Based Host Computer Monitoring Software Platform               

This system is a large-scale server software platform equipped with GPS geographic information system and data from various monitoring points. It can monitor dust concentration (primarily using light scattering methods), TVOC (PID sensors), toxic and hazardous gas sensors (electrochemical sensors), noise, video probes, meteorological parameters, and more.
