Main Technical Parameters of the System

1、 Purpose

Used to measure road dust accumulation load, enabling the vehicle-mounted system to perform automated measurement while operating, sampling, and weighing simultaneously on the road.

2、 Working Principle

Utilizes vacuum sampling principle. The vehicle body is equipped with a liftable sampling head. During measurement, the sampling head automatically lowers, and a high-negative-pressure suction pump initiates sampling. The vehicle moves slowly forward while automatically measuring the distance traveled. Based on the sampling head size and the distance traveled, the sampling area is automatically calculated. After traveling a certain distance, the system automatically weighs the collected dust and calculates the dust concentration.

4、 Main Functions and Specifications

4.1 Vehicle-Mounted Measurement System Controller

Can set the travel distance for a single measurement; can display real-time working video of the sampling head; can set the negative pressure value for sampling; can initiate the lifting and lowering of the sampling device.

4.8 Special Road Condition Handling During Operation

The system is equipped with a function to lift the sampling device, ensuring avoidance when the road surface is uneven or obstacles are present.

If the suction head is blocked by large particles, the system will stop the suction pump, continue moving forward to dislodge the particles through vibration, automatically lift the sampling head to remove the large particles, and then resume sampling.
