Irganox 1010 is an efficient, low-staining stabilizer that can be used in a variety of organic compounds such as plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, paraffin, lubricating oils, and lubricants. It protects these materials from thermal oxidative degradation. Irganox 1010 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction, and low volatility. It is also odorless and tasteless.

The application scope of Irganox 1010 includes polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, and other polymers such as polyacetal resins, polyamides, and polyurethanes. It can also be used in polyesters, polyvinyl chloride, crystalline polystyrene, high-impact polystyrene, ABS, SBS resins, elastomers such as EPM and EPDM, other synthetic rubbers, adhesives (natural and synthetic adhesive resins), and other organic materials.

Irganox 1010 can be used in combination with other additives such as auxiliary antioxidants, light stabilizers, and antistatic agents. The combination of Irganox 1010 and Irgafos 168 (Irganox B-blends) yields extremely significant effects.

Appearance: White to slightly yellow powder

Melting point range: 110°C - 125°C

Irganox 1010 has three crystalline forms, with the following melting point ranges:

α form: 120°C - 125°C

β form: 110°C - 115°C

δ form: 115°C - 120°C

The melting point range of the product varies depending on the proportion of different crystalline forms during mixing. However, this does not affect the efficacy of Irganox 1010.
