Product Overview:
The electric flanged gate valve consists of a gate valve body matched with a multi-turn electric actuator, which makes the valve disc move up and down linearly to realize remote control of valve position switch, convenient and fast. The electric flanged gate valve is suitable for pipelines in systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, hydraulic power, and thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN1.6～16.0MPa and working temperature ≤-29℃～500℃ to realize remote control of valve position switch and cut off or connect pipeline medium. The electric wedge gate valve is applicable to media such as water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, and sulfur-containing natural gas.
Product Features:
1. The gate valve is one of the commonly used stop valves, mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline; the gate valve has a wide range of applicable pressure, temperature and diameter, and is suitable for medium and large diameter pipelines.
2. The wedge-type rigid single-gate structure is simple, small in size and relatively reliable in use. It is suitable for environments with medium and low temperature media and pressures. It is used in water supply and drainage, gas, electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, textile and urban construction industries, and is used for opening and closing on pipelines with steam, water and oil media.
3. Small fluid resistance. The internal medium passage of the gate valve body is straight through, and the medium does not change its flow direction when flowing through the gate valve, so the flow resistance is small.
4. Labor-saving opening and closing. The movement direction of the gate disc during opening and closing is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with the globe valve, the gate valve is more labor-saving in opening and closing.
5. The flow direction of the medium is generally not restricted. The medium can flow through from either side of the gate valve, which can achieve the purpose of connection or cut-off. It is easy to install and suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
