Product Advantages:

1. The valve motor is a non-burnable miniature synchronous motor; 
2. Stainless steel valve core, non-rusting and smooth, ensuring the motor operates smoothly at a constant load; 
3. For low medium pressure less than 0.1MPa, the cast iron valve body is sufficiently capable of withstanding; 
4. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing ring, with a temperature resistance of 250℃, and since the medium is at normal temperature, the sealing ring will not soften or deform. The PTFE sealing ring or felt gasket contacts the smooth stainless steel valve core, and the friction time per cycle is only 2 seconds during the opening and closing action, resulting in almost zero wear. 6. The components with service life in the valve are two limit switches produced by Japan's Omron Corporation, one full-open valve position actual signal output switch, and one Omron small relay. Their operating life is 1 million times each, which is equivalent to a service life of more than five years;

8. In summary, the DQF electric ball valve is maintenance-free within five years. After five years, simply replace the new micro switches and relays, and the valve will operate normally for another five years;  

Why can it eliminate traditional air distribution valves? This is because: 
1. Ordinary solenoid valves have a service life of only three months when used in frequent inflation applications; 
2. Pneumatic solenoid valves have a service life of eight months and require compressed air pipelines; 
3. Small pneumatic 0-type ball valves have frequent and random failures, requiring a three-unit air source and regular oiling, and also needing compressed air pipelines; 
4. Traditional electric ball valves have long opening and closing times (generally 8-20 seconds), and position signals are prone to drift (occurring after one and a half months). When installed vertically, the actuator is heavy and droops, making the main shaft prone to fracture, requiring thick cables for power and signal transmission; 
5. Rotary air distributors have high power consumption, monotonous control, and if one nozzle is clogged, the entire machine will fail, and they also require civil engineering foundations. The DQF electric ball valve typically uses a 220VAC50HZ power supply, with a 220VAC50HZ control signal, and has passive dry contact valve position actual signal output terminals, allowing accurate monitoring of the on-site valve position switch status in the central control system.
