 PET Strapping Toughening and Tackifying RY-W

Specially designed for PET strapping, it enhances toughness and tackiness, resists cold temperatures and prevents cracking. The PET plastic tackifying chain extender significantly improves the material's toughness. It is a reactive tackifier used in various basic molded products, particularly suitable for increasing the viscosity and toughness of recycled PET materials. The intrinsic viscosity (IV) value will increase by 6-12%. After addition, PET exhibits excellent mechanical properties, with impact strength 1.5-2 times that of other sheets, and good folding endurance. Recommended dosage: 0.6%-1%, adjustable according to production costs and quality requirements.

Usage: Suitable for processing methods such as injection molding, granulation, extrusion, blending, etc. For sheet materials, it can be added using a feeder.

PET tackifying and toughening agent, PETG tackifying and toughening agent, effective in enhancing the viscosity and toughness of both raw and recycled materials without affecting transparency.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight except during use.
