I. Product Introduction
The ZD-NYA18 Agricultural and Forestry Pathogen Spore Capture and Analysis System is a new type of pathogen spore capture device independently developed and produced by our company, complying with the GB/T 24689.3-2009 standard for plant protection machinery spore capture instruments. This device primarily monitors the quantity and diffusion dynamics of captured pathogenic spores, providing an unmanned and visual verification method for the occurrence of agricultural and forestry pathogen diseases. The system mainly consists of a spore capture device, spore carrier device, constant temperature incubation device, image acquisition device, network transmission module, power supply system, and lightning protection device. It enables remote automatic capture of pathogens, automatic replacement of slide belts, automatic collection, automatic microscopic imaging and photography, automatic upload of image data, and automatic operation. Simultaneously, it uploads collected data such as images in real-time to the smart IoT cloud platform, meeting the needs of disease prediction, forecasting, and specimen collection, enabling timely disease prevention and control, and providing intelligent services for modern agriculture.

2. Appearance structure: The overall structure uses stainless steel electrostatic powder coating technology, making it sturdy, durable, and highly cost-effective;
3. Display screen: 10.1-inch Android industrial smart touchscreen, Android intelligent control system, with new gesture control, providing an intelligent human-machine interaction experience;
4. Communication methods: Supports various networking methods such as WIFI/4G/Ethernet;
5. Unmanned control: The system collects data 24/7, enabling automated operation from slide belt loading, pathogen spore capture, constant temperature incubation, microscopic imaging, image upload, to slide belt recovery;
6. Slide belt device: Equipped with an ultra-long slide belt that automatically replaces daily, with one replacement lasting up to one year;
7. Slide device: Built-in slides, enabling simultaneous collection with slide belts;
8. Imaging device: Uses an 8MP industrial high-definition camera and a 40x optical microscopic imaging system to capture high-definition microscopic images of captured pathogen spores. The clarity of the captured images meets the requirements for manual identification of pathogen spore types and is uploaded to the smart agricultural IoT system;
9. Constant temperature incubation device: After spore collection is completed, spores are automatically sent to the incubation chamber for constant temperature incubation. The incubation temperature can be adjusted according to spore adaptability, and the incubation time is configurable;
