I. Product Introduction

The ZD-SF-F3 integrated water-fertilizer machine is an agricultural equipment that integrates functions such as water and fertilizer supply, proportioning, transportation, and spraying. Through an automated control system, this device mixes water and fertilizer in a certain ratio, then evenly sprays the mixed water-fertilizer solution onto the farmland via a spraying device, achieving irrigation and fertilization for crops. Its main components include a water pump, fertilizer tank, mixing device, spraying device, control system, etc. It also features automated operation, water and fertilizer savings, reduced labor input, and is one of the essential tools in modern agricultural production.

11. Automated proportioning: Uses a Venturi tube for proportional fertilizer suction, with efficient solenoid valve control; automatically adjusts suction volume based on factors like fertilization ratio and irrigation water flow.

12. Metering function: Measures fertilizer application and irrigation water usage, recording cumulative amounts. Measures current work sessions separately, resetting for each session.

Fertilization channels: Three Venturi fertilization channels, each equipped with a flow meter and flow control valve, displaying current fertilization flow; single-channel suction capacity 100~530L/H; allows individual setting of fertilization time, flow rate, and proportion for each channel; water pump power 2.2kW.

14. Fertilizer selection: Options include Fertilizer 1, Fertilizer 2, Fertilizer 3, Fertilizer 4, and multiple fertilizers.

15. Usage environment: Installed in safe areas without flammable gases; device has no explosion-proof rating; control box protection rating: IP55; operating environment: 0~60°C, humidity ≤95% RH, no frost; storage environment: -20~70°C, humidity ≤95% RH, no frost.

16. Platform parameter setting: Parameters can be set via the platform, and work commands can be issued.

17. Irrigation parameters: Irrigation cycle is weekly, irrigation start time can be freely set, fertilization duration can be set from 0 to 1440 minutes. Fertilizer mixing duration can be set from 0 to 1440 minutes.

18. Can connect to smart agricultural cloud platforms. Applicable scope of the integrated water-fertilizer machine: Suitable for large and medium-sized parks; real-time monitoring via EC/PH, automatic fertilizer proportioning with touchscreen control; remote operation via mobile APP/PC; can connect to IoT cloud platforms for online monitoring and data.
