I. Product Introduction
The ZD-GS-A30 Pest Monitoring, Early Warning, and Control System is a new generation of pest forecasting lamp independently developed and produced by our company. It complies with the GB/T 24689.1-2009 standard and enables remote, precise capturing, uploading, and analysis of pests. The device consists of components such as an insect-attracting lamp tube, sensors, data acquisition host, far-infrared drying and killing device, insect collection device, intelligent industrial camera, communication module, and supporting brackets. Utilizing modern technologies such as optics, electronics, and numerical control, it automatically performs systematic operations including insect attraction, killing, insect dispersion, photography, identification, collection, and drainage without human supervision. It then uses wireless transmission technology and IoT technology to upload pest conditions in real-time to a smart IoT cloud platform for AI identification, analyzing and predicting the occurrence and development of pests to serve modern agriculture and meet the needs of pest forecasting and specimen collection.
Widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, vegetables, tobacco, tea, medicinal herbs, gardens, orchards, urban greening, quarantine, and other fields.

24. Powerful data storage: When network failure occurs, the local data caching mechanism is activated, with a storage capacity of approximately 500,000 records. Cached data is automatically uploaded to the server once the network is restored, ensuring data security and no loss;
25. Remote maintenance: Remote updates via the cloud platform enable system maintenance and upgrades without leaving the office;
26. Remote fault diagnosis: When a device malfunction occurs, troubleshooting can be performed remotely via logs;
27. Insect collection tray: The collection plate area is 90,000 mm². A vibration device ensures even distribution of insects without stacking. After photography and identification, the cleaning device is activated for 360° thorough cleaning with no residue;
28. Insect collection box: Made of stainless steel with spray coating, dimensions: 540mm*470mm*150mm, designed for easy pull-out and removal;
29. Remote reboot: Allows one-click remote reboot of the device via mobile App or Web;
30. Light control device: Automatically turns on at night and off during the day. During nighttime operation, it remains unaffected by sudden strong light changes;
31. Rain control device: Automatically controls the forecasting lamp’s operation based on external rainfall changes;
32. Drainage system: A separate drainage structure automatically discharges rainwater, effectively separating rain and insects, ensuring no water accumulation in the chamber, and adapting to extreme weather conditions such as frequent rain in southern regions;
33. Time period control: Based on the life habits of target pests, work time periods and parameters can be set remotely;

(4) Threshold setting: Pest thresholds can be set remotely. When the set value is reached, the system automatically sends WeChat alerts;
(5) WeChat alerts: Device-related warning information can be pushed to users via WeChat official account, enabling timely responses and serving a preventive and warning role;
