Ⅱ Properties and Uses
●This product is a colorless transparent liquid. It is an excellent film-forming agent specifically used in various latex paints.
●The dosage for latex film formation mainly depends on the hardness of the emulsion polymer. Harder emulsions require a larger addition amount compared to softer ones to achieve the same film-forming effect. Generally, the addition amount (by weight ratio) to the latex is 2%–4%, which can be adjusted according to different types. In latex paint production, the film-forming agent can be added at any stage. It can also be pre-mixed with a small amount of water and surfactant before being added to the emulsion.

Ⅳ Packaging, Storage, Transportation, and Safety
●25KG, 50KG, 200KG packaging drums
●Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire sources. The storage temperature should not exceed 30℃. Keep the container sealed. Separate from strong bases, strong acids, etc., and avoid mixed storage. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable adsorbent materials.
●Railway transportation: Strictly follow the regulations of the Ministry of Railways. Road transportation: Transport as general chemicals. Transport vehicles should be equipped with appropriate types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. During transportation, protect from exposure to sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. When stopping midway, keep away from fire sources and high-temperature areas. During road transportation, follow the designated route and avoid staying in residential and densely populated areas. During railway transportation, avoid shunting. Do not transport in bulk using wooden or cement boats.
