【Drug Properties】 This product is a clear, pink to red liquid, odorless and tasteless.

【Drug Interactions】 Aminosalicylic acid may reduce the effect of this product.

【Adverse Reactions】 After intramuscular injection, absorption is rapid and complete, with peak plasma concentration reached in about 1 hour; it is widely distributed in the body but mainly stored in the liver, with a total storage of 4-5 mg in adults; most is excreted through the kidneys within 8 hours, and the larger the dose, the greater the excretion.

【Drug Ingredients】 Vitamin B12.

【Pediatric Use】 Administer 25~100 μg per dose, once daily or every other day. Avoid repeated administration at the same site, and exercise special caution for newborns, premature infants, infants, and young children.

【Usage and Dosage】 Intramuscular injection, for adults, 0.025~0.1 mg daily or 0.05~0.2 mg every other day. For neuritis, the dosage may be increased as appropriate.

【Storage Method】 Decomposition may occur if exposed to excessively high temperatures or prolonged sterilization. Store in a light-resistant, sealed container.

【Precautions】 1. May cause allergic reactions, even anaphylactic shock; avoid misuse. 2. If possible, monitor blood vitamin B12 levels during medication. 3. Gout patients may develop hyperuricemia when using this product.
