This technology works by maintaining a higher pressure inside the cabinet than the external environment, preventing hazardous external gases from entering. Equipped with an independent Class IIC explosion-proof positive pressure automatic control system, it features functions such as automatic air exchange, air replenishment, automatic pressure relief in case of overpressure, low-pressure alarm, and low-pressure interlock power cutoff, making it extremely convenient to use. 2. The interlock alarm device responds promptly in the event of a malfunction, notifying staff to troubleshoot and address the issue in a timely manner, thereby reducing safety risks. 3. The positive pressure cabinet system includes a purging function, which can dissipate heat generated by instruments and meters through air intake circulation, ensuring excellent heat dissipation performance. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet's functionality and structural characteristics: Its explosion-proof principle primarily relies on isolating ignition sources with a medium to achieve electrical explosion protection. Structurally, it can be customized into box-type, console-type, or cabinet-type designs based on user requirements, with cabinet types further divided into upper-lower and left-right structures. Box-type cabinets are typically made of welded steel plates with a surface spray coating and front-door operation. Console-type and cabinet-type designs use standard welded profiles with a surface spray coating, and all joints undergo special sealing treatment; they feature front-door operation and rear-door maintenance. Steel plate materials are generally selected from GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plates, but GB3280-84 stainless steel can also be used based on user requirements. It also features automatic high and low-pressure audio-visual alarms, pressure lower limit protection, automatic power cutoff upon door opening, and emergency manual power cutoff for safety interlock protection. The sealing performance is reliable, with the housing employing multiple sealing protections, ensuring long pressure maintenance times and reducing operating costs. This cabinet adopts a cable trench base installation format, and users need to provide a protective gas source. The product interior can accommodate detection instruments, analytical instruments, display instruments, low-voltage electrical appliances, frequency converters, soft starters, or computer control systems, making it suitable for signal processing and control systems.
