Explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets are mainly divided into two types: positive pressure ventilation type and positive pressure compensation type.
The working principle of the positive pressure ventilation type is that the protective gas flows continuously through the positive pressure enclosure at a constant flow rate, maintaining the pressure within the normal range.
The positive pressure compensation type does not require continuous ventilation. The pressure inside the positive pressure enclosure is monitored in real-time by the control system, and the inflow and outflow of protective gas are effectively controlled by solenoid valves.

5. When the air pressure exceeds 1000 Pa, the automatic control system opens the exhaust valve to adjust the internal pressure, ensuring the product is not deformed or damaged by high pressure impact.
6. When the air pressure drops below 50 Pa, the automatic control system triggers an alarm. The internal pressure needs to be adjusted. If the pressure is successfully replenished, the system automatically returns to normal. If unsuccessful, the system can be set to automatically cut off power if necessary.
7. Only when the cabinet pressure meets the specified requirements will the positive pressure purging control system provide a signal to power the cabinet.
8. Explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets are suitable for industries such as petrochemicals, offshore drilling platforms, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, light industry, textiles, food, bioengineering, and aerospace engineering.
