Product Description:  

l The entire set of clothing consists of protective clothing, chemical boots, protective gloves, etc. There is a backpack on the back of the clothing, which can be worn with positive pressure fire-fighting air. It has excellent flame retardant and heat insulation, biochemical protection and barrier, and durability performance.

l 

l Clothing style: It consists of two fully enclosed garments. The outer layer is an aluminum-coated glass fiber heat insulation protective clothing, and the fabric is light in weight and soft.

l Inner garment: It is an airtight chemical protective clothing, fully enclosed, with a built-in self-contained air breathing apparatus design. All side seams adopt an inner and outer double-layer heat-sealed tape weld structure, which can defend against a variety of hazardous chemicals.

l Outer garment: Made of aluminum-coated glass fiber and other heat-insulating materials, it can resist more than 95% of radiant heat, and can protect against radiant heat, ambient heat and contact heat, as well as flash fire and deflagration heat insulation performance. It has excellent flame retardant, heat insulation and durability. It will not delaminate or crack after being folded 10,000 times; meanwhile, the afterflame time is less than 2 seconds, and the damage length is less than 10cm.

l The inner fully enclosed airtight chemical protective clothing is made of a composite of special chemical-resistant materials and modified PVC composite materials, which can defend against a variety of hazardous chemicals, and meets domestic and foreign standards, the requirements of XF770-2008 Chemical Protective Clothing for Firefighters and the national standard GB24540-2009. It can protect against high-risk toxic gases and common chemical gases, and the "liquid-gas" protection time against mustard gas is more than 24 hours.

It has excellent chemical barrier performance, with a gram weight ≤340g/m2. Physical properties: wear resistance ≥ grade 6; flexing resistance ≥ grade 2;

puncture resistance ≥ grade 2; trapezoidal tear strength ≥ grade 6; breaking strength ≥ grade 4; fabric and seam strength ≥ 640N

l Extra-wide face shield, made of high-quality PVC soft face shield coated with Teflon and chemical-resistant coating, with clear vision and excellent chemical resistance. There is a backpack on the back of the clothing, with double exhaust valves, which can be worn with positive pressure fire-fighting air, and an additional belt is equipped inside the clothing.

l Two-layer glove system: the outer layer is cut-resistant and high-temperature resistant gloves, and the inner layer is composite membrane chemical-resistant gloves, which can provide high-level chemical and biological agent protection at the same time. The protective gloves are connected to the chemical protective clothing through a special connecting device and meet the overall airtightness requirements

l Performance of chemical protective boots: Puncture resistance of the sole: ≥1400N; Electrical insulation performance of rubber boots: ≥5000V, leakage current <3mA; Acid penetration resistance: no penetration; Alkali penetration resistance: no penetration; Anti-slip performance: ≥15 degrees.
